Total House Designs was created to provide good, reliable contractors to property owners. It was developed out of the frustration of not being able to find quality workmanship at a fair price. With the two managing partner’s entrepreneur background and many resources, they decided to open Total House Designs off this sole premise. They each incorporate their own set of knowledge and experience to offer a wide range of benefits to their clients.
Danny Pacheco is a native of South Florida. After his college years in Pennsylvania, he went to work on Wall Street focusing on the bond and capital markets for one of the biggest investment banks. Upon reaching success and utilizing his knowledge of the financial markets, Danny began investing in the South Florida real estate market during the early 2000s. During this time, he started to experience firsthand the frustrations with trying to find good reliable contractors. This led him to meet his partner, Susan Manning who experienced some of the same frustrations.
Susan Manning originally from Long Island, NY moved to South Florida in the late 80’s and founded All American Roofing Inc. which became one of the leading roofing companies in the Tri-County Area. Along with her success, she has gone to create a number of other companies, employ 100s of people, which are all managed under her guidance. She is personally involved in the day to day operations of each company that she owns. In addition she uses a large portion of her resources for philanthropically purposes focusing mostly on autism awareness due to the personal effect it has on her life.
Total House Designs has completed many customized projects from simple bathroom remodels to building entire brand new homes. We use our expertise to provide high quality workmanship, budget awareness and efficient work schedules to give our clients excellent results for their needs. With our large workforce and different divisions, we can offer many services to achieve the best possible solution.
